ARE YOU A FULL TIME SCHOOL?
No. HubPod School is a weekly enrichment program for students who want to learn how to be innovative thinkers and problem solvers. It is extracurricular and students attend weekly one-hour sessions.

WHAT ARE KIDS LEARNING?
Our students are introduced to an array of intellectual concepts that arise throughout our simulations. Additionally, they practice critical thinking and improve their ability to collaborate with a diverse collection of peers from around the world.

HOW DOES SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
You have a choice to a subscription based program begins on the first day of class, and continues monthly until the end of the subscription year, or unless, you cancel.

WHAT IF MY CHILD DOES NOT LIKE HUBPOD SCHOOL?
HUBPOD SCHOOL REFUND POLICY
HubPod School supports Happiness Guarantee. If you withdraw your learner(s) from class directly on the HubPod School site and email info@hubpodschool.com , the refund amount will be a prorated amount of the class’s full price. Below is a list of our policies.
List of refund policies
Flexible - Full refund until the class begins, then a pro-rated refund based on the number of class meetings that have occurred. All flexible schedule classes use this policy.
Moderate - Full refund within 24 hours of purchase or up to a week in advance of the class, then a 75% refund within the first week of the class.
Limited - Full refund within 24 hours of purchase until the class begins or up to a week in advance of the class.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DOES MY CHILD NEED?
While some of our classes can be navigated on tablets, it comes at a high cost in terms of the quality of experience both for the child using the tablet, and the other students in the cohort. As a result, use of a laptop or desktop computer with the Chrome browser is required.

DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE A GENIUS?
No. HubPod School is not about being a gifted student, or any standard subject that is taught by a traditional school. It's about helping students to experience, think, and make decisions. Every student we accept, regardless of how they are measured in other settings, can excel at HubPod School. Our school is here to teach children to become future leaders and education disruptors.

WHO ARE THE FACILITATORS? AND HOW ARE THEY SCREENED?
All of our facilitators are selected through a competitive application process. Their backgrounds vary, from experienced educators to engineers to animators. Each brings a passion for reforming the current education model and helping children become world-class problem solvers.

CAN MY STUDENT BE ENROLLED IN MORE THAN ONE COHORT?
Yes! We have students enrolled in multiple cohorts.

Micro-credential at HubPod School
What is a Micro-credential?
Once you've completed all the requirements for a micro-credential, you will be awarded proof that you've earned it. At HubPod School this might take the form of a digital certificate, which may be a document or image file, or other official evidence that you've completed the necessary work.
Uses of Micro-credentials
Micro-credentials may be used to demonstrate to anyone that you've mastered a certain skill set at HubPod School. Because of this, micro-credentials are useful for those seeking academic, employment or career advancement opportunities.
